Parkertron Ltd core focus is providing IT support to Primary Schools. With over 14 years of experience in the education sector our staff and engineers have excellent understanding on how IT works and should be used. We aim to provide a unique support tailored to your school. Our staff and engineers get to know the school and school members more personally. In our eyes you more than a school reference number.
We have 4 main packages to choose from, but can also tailor a bespoke package if required.
These packages include:
- Option 1 - Basic Technical support Half Day Per Week
Half a day technical support every week during term time Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer Support Provided Term Time and School Holidays*
1 Full day technical support every week during term time Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer Support Provided Term Time and School Holidays*
Half a day technical support every week during term time Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer Account Management – Bids, Quotes, Help with new products eg VLE 5 Emergency Calls Per Term Working with IT coordinator to help with lesson plans Product training Support Provided Term Time and School Holidays*
1 Full day technical support every week during term time Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer Account Management – Bids, Quotes, Help with new products eg VLE Unlimited Emergency Support – Telephone Support or Onsite. Working with IT coordinator to help with lesson plans, Product training Support Provided Term Time and School Holidays*
All costs exclude VAT. *Holidays are not included in the costs above. School Holidays can be supported at a daily cost.-
